reservations and Scheduling

Courts are member only. Reservations are highly recommended and take precedence over walk-on players, but aren't required. Courts are booked through an online Scheduling system and allocated in 1/2 hour increments on a 'first come, first served' basis. Please review our 2024 Calendar of Events for information on all scheduled events that will be using the courts. (Note: All active members need to create an account to use the online Scheduling System.)

Members may bring guests to play for a $9 fee paid online with a credit card at the time of booking the court; individual guests can come up to 5 times during the season.

1. Follow the link above
2. Login using the Username and Password received from VFMRC.
3. Once you are logged in, look around and get familiar with the Reservation Regulations on the Welcome Page
4. It is self-explanatory to book a court >> simply 'Point & Click' until you have saved your court time.

1. A court may be reserved using the online reservation system. Each member may have only ONE (1) future court reservation in the system at a time.
2. List all the players in the party to reserve a court, including your guest(s).
3. Guests must be registered by sending an e-mail with your guest's contact info (name, email, phone) to vfmtennis@gmail.com
4. Host member must pay for guest fees from the Booking Details screen using any Credit Card or use Zelle to  vfmtreasurer@gmail.com 
5. Please cancel a reservation if you cannot play at your reserved time.
6. Courts will be held for only ten (10) minutes after a reserved time. 

If players are unable to use the reserved court, they should be released ASAP through the online booking system. Be considerate of others!

The VFMRC board reservation takes precedence over "walk-on" play in progress.  Questions, complaints, or suggestions about the court reservation process  may be sent to us at vfmtennis@gmail.com

If a complaint about a court reservation is submitted without the names of all involved parties, no action can be taken. 

Pre-booking of courts outside the 7 day window can only be done by submitting a special request. In some cases the board may book courts in advance for special events.

Guidelines for submitting a request for pre-booking courts:

• Must represent at least 12 members (no non-members!) Maximum of two courts may be pre-booked. 
• Group members cannot use other court/s concurrently with the group's reserved timeslot.
• Submit your request to the Board at vfmtennis@gmail.com
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response
• Review the Court Booking Rules on the Bulletin Board of the reservation website
